This position falls under our Residency Offering, a specialized solution that furnishes strategic technical expertise to our clients on a contractual basis.

Job Location: 5th Ave, NY NY (on-site)

Pay Rate: $30-40/hr W2

Schedule:

  • Sunday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Monday - Wednesday 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage various technologies like walkie talkies, digital screens, video conference, and blue tube technology.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers for digital screens, wayfinding, digital artwork, and restaurant services.
  • Oversee payment hubs, payment devices, iPhones, and iPhone deployment.
  • Ensure timely management of incidents and issues for Vendor Lifecycle Management (VLM).
  • Possess a proficient understanding of Applications Wishlist (AWL), managing enhancement requests and escalations effectively.
  • Coordinate additional support during peak periods, offer IT assistance for brand exhibitions, and handle Landmark-related documentation.
  • Effectively communicate with store leadership regarding IT issues, outages, and upcoming enhancements.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Cegid or other ERP/POS software.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure such as payment hubs, video conference technology, and mobile devices.
  • Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
