- Closely monitor the dispatch board to triage and prioritize calls.
- Open work orders and document service issues on equipment.
- Assign technicians to work orders based on skill set and geographic proximity.
- Coordinate daily routes for technicians.
- Work closely with manufacturers and equipment dealers to schedule equipment installations/performance checks.
- Assist customers with any service-related issues.
- Manage invoicing.
- Review technicians' timesheets for accuracy.
- Frequently check emails and respond to them promptly.
- Maintain financial records.
- Assist with billing inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Dispatching Experience: Familiarity with dispatching duties.
- Billing Experience: Familiarity with billing processes and software.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure precise data entry and record-keeping.
- Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
