Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist in front desk duties such as greeting visitors and handling incoming mail
  • Provide general office support including filing, copying, and organizing documents
  • Assist with social media postings, job postings, as needed
  • Support executives as a personal assistant when needed
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in data entry, calendar management, and phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in typing and using office equipment
  • Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles
  • Familiarity with general office operations and procedures
  • Ability to computerize tasks for efficiency
  • Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy
