Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in front desk duties such as greeting visitors and handling incoming mail
- Provide general office support including filing, copying, and organizing documents
- Assist with social media postings, job postings, as needed
- Support executives as a personal assistant when needed
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, calendar management, and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in typing and using office equipment
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles
- Familiarity with general office operations and procedures
- Ability to computerize tasks for efficiency
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy
