Overview:
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Assist with file management, organizing documents, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes (preferred)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience with data entry tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Previous experience in a medical office setting (preferred)
- Bilingual, Spanish speaking required.

$20.00 per hour

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
