_Seeking Administrative Assistants in some of our Hudson County Office. _

RE/MAX Select is a multi-office Real estate Company with Franchises in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. We are seeking Administrative Assistants for a few of our busy Real Estate Offices._

You will be the first point of contact with those who come into or call the office. You will work closely with Agents and Leadership_
Responsibilities:
- Manages our paperless electronic sales
- Works closely with Agents and Management
- Answer Phones
- Plan office events
- Maintains a welcoming office environment
- Maintains and stocks office supplies
- Maintains a welcoming environment
- Manage the contract through the entire process to closing
- Assist with online marketing
- Work with the title company as a secondary liaison on any necessary information/documentation to help get the property to a successful closing
- Assist our salespeople with setting up their printers, personal computers, extensions, and business advertising
- Embraces with enthusiasm the mission and vision of the company

No less than 25 per week
