Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am-5pm
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Process payments for utility bills
- Assist with Accounts Receivable
- Provide general admin duties including typing, filing, faxing and mailings
- Effectively work in cooperation with department staff and management on duties assigned
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in office administration and/or customer service
- Some knowledge in accounting is a PLUS
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
