Overview:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Complete ADP information, Forms I9, verifies I9 documentation and maintains proper files; set up benefits, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper deductions.
- Follow up of insurance policies and claims: workers comp, health insurance, auto insurance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR resources or related field.
- At least two years related experience required.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
