    Clinical Research Patient Recruiter - Scottsdale, AZ

    Position Overview:

    We're in search of a dynamic and innovative individual to join our expanding team as a Marketing Representative. This role involves spearheading initiatives to attract new patients and propel the nationwide growth of our organization through diverse marketing endeavors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in executing marketing strategies for our organization at both corporate and site-specific levels.
    2. Engage in patient recruitment efforts to enhance the visibility of clinical trial sites within our network.
    3. Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms such as social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), online forums (e.g., Craigslist), search engines (e.g., Google), and industry-specific networks (e.g., Clinical Connections, Clinical Trial Partners).
    4. Coordinate the review and approval process of advertising campaigns by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
    5. Implement patient recruitment strategies outlined by the Head of Marketing and/or Chief Commercial Officer, leveraging various outreach activities.
    6. Act as the liaison with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) regarding advertising budgets and expenditures allocated for each trial.
    7. Monitor and manage marketing and advertising budgets in alignment with sponsor requirements.
    8. Demonstrate effective multitasking skills to efficiently balance marketing activities across multiple sites and entities.
    9. Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports on key performance metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Working knowledge of clinical trial operations.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
