Available and responsive during regular business hours.

• Meet weekly onsite and remotely.

Role Description

• Learn our clients and understand their desired talent or recruiting needs.
• Actively source and create message campaigns for talent and create the quickest path to the phone. Phone screens are required.
• Use resources provided to maintain relationships — continuously engage with leads, referrals, and prospects, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential talent.

• Openness to learn: Receive coaching on key areas such as industry/client nuances, message/recruiting strategy, staying updated on current events, and the market. Stay updated on industry nuances and adapt as we build and refine our processes.
• Strong administrative abilities: Experience with using CRM systems and detailed notetaking.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ): Good at reading "between the lines" and making judgments based on context and interpersonal cues.
• Recruiting experience: Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and place toptier professionals.
• Sales expertise: Skilled in securing longlasting business relationships.
• Proven "closer": Demonstrates the skills and confidence needed to ensure that opportunities are sealed through resourceful and effective methods.
• Career guidance: Proficiency in conducting career consulting conversations.
• A wellconnected network within the greater Arizona area is a plus.
• Knowledge of legal and wealth management industries are a plus, but not required.
