We are seeking a dynamic, creative, self-motivated
Project Estimator/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team
.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for monthly invoice creation for clients, as well as client reminders for payments, creation of client fee proposals and add services.
Responsibilities include:
- Development of fee estimates for proposals and contract amendments/add services.
- Work with Partners, Project Directors, and Project Managers to ensure fee proposal's are accurate, use the correct contract method, and are delivered to the client in a timely fashion.
- Develop, help manage and maintain active project budgets in Wrike and accounting software.
- Work with Accounts Payable staff to ensure that consultant invoices match to consultant agreements.
- Maintain and modify company fee proposal templates and boilerplate text to meet changing client needs and contract requirements.
- Generate and initiate processing of new contracts and monitor/report on changes in scope, milestones invoicing, and/or contract modifications to ongoing contracts in coordination with other employees.
- Track the progress of fee proposals and ensure that they are finalized with clients.
- Forecast expected contract revenue on a weekly, monthly, annual basis.
- Reports and maintains revenue budgets by sectors.
- Design fee templates for each sector and type of work.
- Meet with Project Managers to ensure monthly client invoicing is generated timely and accurately.
- Review client invoice aging and follow up with Project Managers and clients on the status of pastdue client invoices.
- Match invoices against commitments, vendor agreements, and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with monthend activity, including allocations and accruals.
- Train Project Managers and Project Directors on financial processes alongside Controller and Partners.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business or law related field is preferred.
- Experience with Costpoint by Deltek or Wrike Project Management a plus.
- Demonstrates high sense of urgency and personal initiative related to customer service and problem resolutions.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Executes all duties with followthrough and professionalism, with high level of business ethics.
- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all matters concerning the company, employees and its customers.
- Works well in a team environment and has the ability to work with individuals from all business areas.
- Utilizes strong time management and organizational skills.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
