    LL DO:
    Elevate Business Visions with the C-Level: Providehigh-level consultation to C-level stakeholders. You're not just an advisor; you're the foundation for success, guiding businesses to thrive.

    Team Leadership:
    Mentor, supervise, and cultivate a team of senior and staff accountants.

    Drive Innovation Through Streamlined Systems:
    Drive process improvements and implement cutting-edge systems to streamline tasks. Your innovation will be a key factor in shaping the team's efficiency and productivity.

    Perform Accounting Functions:
    Craft financial statements, financial planning + analysis, cash flow forecasting, month end close, and budgeting.

    Simplify Accounting Complexity:
    Research technical issues and translate them into a more digestible manner.
    Craft Seamless Client Connections &

    Deliver Quality Results:
    Ensure client expectations are met, become a client's trusted advisor, and turn client relationships into long-term partnerships.


    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is required
    CPA highly preferred
    Experience in audit, assurance or accounting consulting ORexperience in leadership accounting or financial role for small to midsize company
    Management/team leadershipexperience
    Strong accounting and finance knowledge and experience (month/year-end close, general ledger, financial systems, financial reporting, consolidations, reconciliations, cash flow modeling, etc.)
    Advanced Excel and modeling skills (pivots, lookups, complex formulas, and macro capability)
    Self-starter – candidate is expected to serve as the main point of contact with clients and maintain a solid client relationship without direct supervision
    Highly organized - candidate is expected to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
    $120,000 - $150,000 a year
