Lighthouse Marketing and Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Account Managers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and anticipate their insurance needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insurance products and services.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews and provide proactive recommendations to clients to optimize their coverage.
  • Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Customerfocused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in insurance or account management is a plus but not required; comprehensive training provided.

Pay:
$80, $125,000.00 per year


Experience level:

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
