    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. This is a 4 month assignment on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to end customer inquiries, managing warranty claims, reconciling account-specific purchase orders, and providing support to the accounting department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient order processing.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Respond to End Customer Emails:
      • Address and respond to end customer emails regarding order inquiries and provide product insights.
      • Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    2. Review Warranty Claims:
      • Review and assess submitted warranty claims.
      • Enter replacements when applicable, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers seeking warranty support.
    3. Reconcile Purchase Orders:
      • Manage account-specific purchase order outstanding requests.
      • Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate processing of purchase orders.
    4. Investigate Purchase Order Issues:
      • Investigate purchase orders that are not processing correctly.
      • Correct processing errors and collaborate with relevant teams to prevent future issues.
    5. Support Accounting Department:
      • Collaborate with the accounting department on invoice investigations.
      • Assist in correcting invoice discrepancies and ensuring accurate financial records.
    6. Communicate Purchase Order Updates:
      • Effectively communicate purchase order updates with facility primary contacts.
      • Provide clear and concise information to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently.
    • Familiarity with purchase order processing and warranty claim procedures.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
    Details:
    • Pay $20.00/ hour
    • 1st shift Monday – Friday
    • 8 Hour Shifts
    • Hybrid Remote
