The Plouff Family AAA Agency, in SE Grand Rapids, is adding a Customer Service Specialist to help with billing, renewals and inbound customer calls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all inbound calls with a focus on first contact resolution
- Help our customers with payments, changes, and general inquiry's
- Contact customers with policy issues and overdue bills
- Assist the team with getting customer documents signed and uploaded
- Contact customers with upcoming renewals to get their documents signed

Requirements:
- MI P&C License Required
- Insurance Experience Required
