    Auf welche Aufgaben kannst Du Dich freuen?
    Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für alle Cost-Controlling- und Reportingfragen
    In dieser Funktion trägst du maßgeblich zum Aufbau und zur Erstellung von Jahresbudgets und quartalsweisen Forecasts bei
    Ad-hoc-Berichte, Auswertungen und Analysen stellst Du als Entscheidungsgrundlage für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen bereit
    Du arbeitest bei der Implementierung von konzerneinheitlichen Prozessen sowie Prozessoptimierungen mit
    Du entwickelst und ermittelst eigenständig Kennzahlen und unterstützt proaktiv die verschiedenen Funktionen
    Du arbeitest über kurze Berichtswege mit dem CFO und dem Management zusammen
    Was solltest Du mitbringen?
    Du verfügst über ein Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. BWL, VWL, Business Administration, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o. ä.), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Rahmen einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung
    Du konntest bereits mind. fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling idealerweise in einer professional Service Firm bzw. einem Beratungsunternehmen sammeln
    Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und findest eigenverantwortlich neue Lösungswege und bringst neue Ideen für die Optimierung von Prozessen mit
    Trotz hoher Affinität für die Arbeit mit Daten und Zahlen hast Du die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht zu strukturieren
    Du verfügst über breit gefächerte MS-Office-Kenntnisse – insbesondere Excel – und hast bereits Erfahrungen mit ERP und Controlling-Systemen gemacht.
    Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst Du gerne in unserem internationalen Umfeld ein.
