We are seeking an Air Agent who wil be responsible, in partnership with the Air Supervisor and Air Lead, to effectively assist with managing the daily operations of the Air program for passenger, crew and corporate air.


Responsibilities (Text Only):


  • Provide travel support booking, quality control, modification, ticket preparation, ticketing, and other travel related tasks for Guest travel bookings to ensure cost effective air.
  • Provide support, reporting, and auditing for Crew and Corporate bookings made through the ATPI vendor tool.
  • Manage and Maintain block space between Windstar and airlines and communicates with Inventory Department on a regular basis to ensure block space is accurate and effectively utilized and not oversold.
  • Review and process bookings daily queues, inboxes, reports, schedule changes and ticketing and actions any items as needed.
  • As assigned, complete travel processing and quality controls audits.
  • Provide support to crew/company travel processing assuring timely completion of work assigned.
  • Provide backup support to emergency travel processing as assigned/designated.
  • Handle the ticketing and refunding process in accordance with Windstar, airlines contracts and ARC rules.
  • Works with ARC to resolve any ticketing, refunding, voiding and debit memo issues including detailed documentation of the process.
  • Communicate all schedules and ticketing with the Guests/TA's, and appropriate departments as needed.
  • Resolve and communicate all air issues in real time with appropriate Managers and Supervisors.
  • Operate and maintain high level proficiency of Amadeus skills/knowledge.
  • Operate and maintain high level proficiency for working in TRAMS, ARC, and other travel/ticket related systems.
  • Solve customer service issues with enthusiasm, doing what is best for the customer and company.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
  • Assist with overflow service calls during peak times in the Call Center if required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications (Text Only):


  • Preferred proficiency in airline GDS systems and formats. Amadeus preferred.
  • Preferred twoyear minimum experience required with international booking and ticketing.
  • Knowledgeable with ARC standard ticketing practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates record of good attendance, is flexible with scheduling.
  • Strong selfstarter with excellent task management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to carry out all job functions with mínimal supervision.
  • Position requires extended hours work including weekends as required during irregular operations and Rotational oncall schedule backup required.

Work Environment:
Remote work. Secure home office environment suitable for remote work without disruptions. Hardwire Internet connection required.

This position is expected to adjust work hours in cases of irregular operations, which likely will also require extended hours.
