We are currently seeking a national and international Construction and Project Manager (m/f/d) for Viessmann Real Estate GmbH & Co.

KG, based in Palmetto Estates, FL.

This position involves some travel and can be carried out through mobile work nationwide. Additionally, we expect regular visits to our headquarters in Allendorf (Eder), Hesse.


What you will achieve:


  • Conduct feasibility studies, develop building concepts in collaboration with internal and external partners, and provide rough cost estimates for construction projects
  • Manage new construction, renovations, and maintenance, including technical building services, throughout all phases of the HOAI
  • Organize and coordinate all parties involved in the construction process, such as architects, engineers, internal Viessmann departments, and authorities
  • Review plans for feasibility, costeffectiveness, and technical feasibility, and monitor the planning and execution with continuous comparison to the target
  • Ensure quality control during the planning and construction phases
  • Monitor costs during the planning and construction phases
  • Create overall schedules, coordinate updates with external partners, and monitor implementation
  • Propose, plan, and carry out necessary repairs, renovations, and optimization measures for our own real estate portfolio
  • Resolve conflicts and develop alternatives in case of changing project requirements or risks
