You will be responsible for facility management, leading the facility management team in accordance with the company's mission, setting new standards and implementing innovative and energy-saving concepts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Rebuilding the facility management department and implementing projects and processes
  • Supporting in renovation, refurbishment, and new construction projects while considering current energysaving concepts
  • Monitoring operational safety and managing legally required inspections
  • Close collaboration with the construction and product departments
  • Establishing commercial and technical facility management standards and processes, also in exchange with employees at company locations in other countries
  • Selecting and coordinating service providers
  • Cost and contract management with the goal of identifying potential savings
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the FM team

Your Profile

  • Degree in facility management, building management, business administration, or a comparable education
  • Extensive professional experience in facility management and good knowledge of legal requirements and standards
  • Interest in trends in the construction sector and in the design of energysaving measures
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • High level of service orientation, cost awareness, initiative, and sense of responsibility
