Controller

Duties:

Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Month end close process, prepare, and analyze financial statements including profit and loss statements, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Cost accounting and inventory responsibilities.
Assist with the management of the month/quarter/year end close process.
Develop and improve efficient & scalable processes using best practices that tie into the overall company operational structure.
Prepare audit and support.
Preparation of monthly reports and analysis.
Ensure accuracy of data across multiple financial and operational systems.
Manages and oversees the quality and accuracy of functional transactional accounting processes and procedures, invoices, purchase order, account payable, and related activities.
Identified areas for cost saving and process improvement.

Perform bookkeeping tasks, such as payroll, general ledger, and financial statements.

Experience:

Detail oriented and controls focus.

Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficient in financial management software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
