    vidREACH is a leading sales, customer, and employee video messaging platform. We specialize in helping businesses engage prospects, employees, customers, and candidates through personalized automation via video, email, and/or mobile.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Sales Representative. The Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of selling and promoting vidREACH's video messaging platform to enterprise-level customers. This includes prospecting, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key accounts.

    Responsibilities

    • This is first and foremost a hunter role. You'll be actively prospecting new business opportunities.
    • Responsible for the overall business development, client engagement, and sales lifecycle of the vidREACH platform to large enterprise customers throughout the US
    • Conduct in-depth research to identify enterprise lead opportunities and present territory sales strategies to vidREACH sales leadership
    • Document and track all potential and existing client interactions and lead follow-through using Salesforce and vidREACH
    • Execute detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and leadership roles in sales, marketing, client success, training and hiring

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong background in technology sales with demonstrated abilities to take ownership of business, prospect for leads, and close sales
    • Experience selling to VPs / SVPs / C-level titles like sales/hr/training/recruiting titles in large organizations a huge plus
    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with enterprise-level customers
    • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the video messaging or SaaS industry is a plus
    • Strong knowledge of sales operations and sales management
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
