    Description

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
    • Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest level, and determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
    • Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities for them to pursue.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system, and effectively manage lead pipelines to maximize conversion rates.
    • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation targets, conversion rates, and appointment setting goals.
