    Job Purpose

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing Dealer Development programs to increase Customer Engagement. Increase the number of Ride Red Central (RRC) dealers and PowerHouse dealers (PHD). This role is also responsible for the analysis of the effectiveness of Ride Red Central and PowerHouse dealers. This position is expected to recommend/implement countermeasures as needed to achieve results. This position will work heavily with Sales Zone Managers and District Sales Managers to increase both the quantity and quality of RRCs and PHDs.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Increase the number of Ride Red Central (RRC) dealers and PowerHouse dealers (PHD) while also increasing effectiveness
    • Develop, issue and track tactical Dealer Development plans within Zones and Districts. Gap analysis by sensing market conditions, identifying obstacles and opportunities
    • Develop, issue, and track countermeasures
    • Manage vendor performance and negotiate development and cost of assests
    • Ensure compliance with all Honda Policies and Procedures

    Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience
    • 6+ years of general Honda or equivalent industry experience
    • 5+ years in wholesale/retail environment (Powersports preferable)
    • 3+ District Sales Manager experience
    • Experience in plan development, tracking against results and devolving countermeasures.
    • In-depth knowledge of Powersports products and market
    • Strong relationship building skills to work between various Departments and dealers to achieve results
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
    • Analytical and strategic thinking
    • Proficient in MS office applications: Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
    • Proficient in SAP/Business Objects and/or MS SQL
