Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Automotive BDC Representative to engage with potential and existing customers, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments for our sales department.

This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales success.


Responsibilities:

• Schedule and Confirm customer appointments
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts to schedule sales consultations and test drives.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of appointments.

Qualifications:

• Previous BDC experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
This position offers commission-based pay with no benefits.

Schedule:
