- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market, generate new business and increase revenues in the territories

- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver the best customer service.
- Work with other sales division teams, internally and internationally, to plan, target, and acquire new projects and accounts.
- Create proposals, calculate estimates, specifications, and presentations.
- Work closely with team members of operations and finance to meet sales goals.
- Follow through on sold projects to ensure satisfactory completion. Ensure a smooth sales-to-operations handover and monitor project execution. Assist in resolving installation, collections, and other customer satisfaction issues as needed.
- Actively participate in sales department meetings, workshops, and seminars to stay knowledgeable on current market, business, and product trends.
- Travel overnight up to 30% for customer visits, job site visits and other internal meetings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will also be considered
- 3 years of sales experience in construction industry or machine building, automation industry or a related field
- Technical and Financial expertise to estimate, create quotes and sell service solutions and service product lines effectively and independently
- Account development and strategic sales skills
- Experience selling to contractors and engineers
- Demonstrable understanding of how to market, position, and sell industrial services such as installations, maintenance solutions and others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferred German
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
- Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, arranging services and ordering new product
- Generate new leads and tackle existing leads to contribute to business growth
- Attend trade shows and relevant conferences
- Bachelor's degree 2+ years in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills Strong understanding of full sales process

At WK, we get up every morning to install the machines which manufacture everything around us. Cars, Food, Tires, Beverages, Glass, Aluminum, you name it, these are just some of the items which are built on the machines we install. Our customers trust us in installing and handling their high-tech machinery while we trust our employees to act as leaders and keep building the world we live in.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of engagement with new and existing customers. Defining sales, growth strategies and building long term relationships with key customers are part of your responsibility. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. In this position, you will achieve booking and profit goals by implementing plans to grow, develop, and manage our machine building clients, contractors and end-user relationships.
Your client base will be in the US and Europe.

They should be well organized and be able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts.
