- Utilize various strategies to generate leads and secure new business such as conducting thorough market research, networking, meetings, referrals, and attending industry conferences to increase company visibility and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for abra's offerings in the Salesforce domain.
- Sell abra as a preferred business partner to prospective client companies for all of their Salesforce integration needs.
- Complete all aspects of the sales cycle, using a consultative approach, including prospecting/cold calls, presentations/meetings, contract negotiation, and relationship development.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Uncover immediate needs to target market through leads and follow ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth.
- Work closely with our Salesforce Admins and Project Managers to tailor proposals that showcase Abra IT's value proposition
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-7 years of sales experience in the IT services industry, with a focus on Salesforce professional services selling.
- Deep experience and contacts in the CRM and ERP services space; Salesforce Proserv selling experience a must.
- Proven experience in sales within the Salesforce ecosystem or similar CRM platforms .
- Strong understanding of professional services lifecycle, including needs assessment, deployment, monitoring, and quality delivery.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Salesforce Admin or Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Ability to leverage Salesforce experience to drive sales success.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess and resolve difficult business situations
- A problem solver - analyzing and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
