- Train, and mentor branch managers to build high-performing teams that achieve outstanding mortgage production results.
- Oversee and drive loan production activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager to identify and attract top mortgage professionals to join our branches.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase loan volume, and achieve growth targets.
- Provide guidance and support to branch managers in areas such as sales strategies, customer relationship management, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategies to address areas of improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and support for their team to enhance sales skills and product knowledge while closely monitoring the loan pipeline to ensure timely processing and closing.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong track record of success in loan origination, production, or management.
- NMLS License is Required
- Live in Orlando or Central Florida
- Proven experience as a Regional, Sales Manager or similar leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving exceptional results.
- Deep knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, industry best practices, and market trends.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams, motivate individuals, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager for Lovera Home Loans a DBA of American Financial Network.
