A highly motivated, energetic, knowledgeable, hospitable, and confident individual that grew up in Connecticut, working in multiple successful family businesses. Family businesses include a pizzeria, a liquor store, and a restaurant. Currently, in the health and wellness sector. 

A professional, knowledgeable, and hospitable individuals which has achieved professional success in both the Fitness & Wellness sector, and the Food & Beverage/Service Industry field. Previously worked in the F&B industry at both the largest and busiest Irish Pub in the world (Raglan Road in Disney Springs) and at the Orlando World Center Marriott (one of the largest hotels in the world). For the past 6 years, I transitioned to the Fitness & Wellness sector. Started as a personal trainer at the Rosen JCC, working my way up to becoming the Fitness & Wellness Manager. Decided to move to a small studio during the pandemic, which led to tremendous success. Last year, decided to move into a big-box gym at Fitness CF, where I was top in sales at the Dr. Phillips location (one of the busiest gyms in Central Florida), and top-5 in the company in my first year of employment.  

A NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer, which is the gold standard when it comes to nationally recognized certifications, CPR & AED certified as well. Currently working on becoming a Bodybuilding Coach certified.
