Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading sales opportunities and growing your sales team
  • Providing leadership and support to your team while ensuring sales goals are met (including presentations on product, B2B prospecting, selling, and vision)
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Enrolling your accounts' employees in benefit packages
  • Consulting with clients on topics such as new benefit options and fulfilling their product needs
  • Developing a marketing strategy and generating leads
  • Full Dedicated Support Team to answer policyholder questions no service work. Only Selling

Pay:
