Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading sales opportunities and growing your sales team
- Providing leadership and support to your team while ensuring sales goals are met (including presentations on product, B2B prospecting, selling, and vision)
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Enrolling your accounts' employees in benefit packages
- Consulting with clients on topics such as new benefit options and fulfilling their product needs
- Developing a marketing strategy and generating leads
- Full Dedicated Support Team to answer policyholder questions no service work. Only Selling
Skills Required and Qualifications
- Active Health & Life License

Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
