Job Summary:
Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage reputation management accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by repsonding to reviews and questions.
- Collaborate with each hotel to develop innovative sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Skills:
- We would like to see some experience with using OTAs platforms.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees at the hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
