Job Summary:

Duties:

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Manage reputation management accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by repsonding to reviews and questions.
Collaborate with each hotel to develop innovative sales strategies
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients

Skills:

We would like to see some experience with using OTAs platforms.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees at the hotel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
