Responsibilities-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goalsManage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targetsAnalyze sales data to identify market trends and opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional serviceNegotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growthUtilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performanceConduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team membersCollaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies


Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on outside sales and account managementStrong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trendsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to effectively manage a team and drive resultsProficiency in Salesforce or other CRM softwareCustomer service-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to salesTravel
