- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and support for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Manage conflict resolution processes in a fair and consistent manner, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, with a focus on safety, compliance, and professional development.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources management, with specific experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage conflict resolution and employee relations issues with professionalism and tact.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs preferred.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processing.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
