    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
      • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
    2. Employee Relations:
      • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
      • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
      • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
    3. Performance Management:
      • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes.
      • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
    4. Training and Development:
      • Identify training needs within the organization and assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
      • Coordinate and track employee training and development activities.
    5. HR Policies and Procedures:
      • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
      • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
    6. HR Administration:
      • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files, processing employee changes, and generating HR reports.
      • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Experience with HRIS and other HR software applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • SHRM certification (preferred).
