    Job DescriptionBilingual HR Generalist


    Responsibilities:
    Provide comprehensive HR support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
    Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
    Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
    Oversee payroll processing and address any discrepancies.
    Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.
    Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
    Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.


    Qualifications:

    Mandatory:
    Very fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
    Construction background
    PHR or SHRM-CP certification or HR certification or HR degree


    Preferred:
    Manufacturing background
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software
    Detail-oriented and organized
