    TITLE:
    HR Generalist


    ABOUT THE JOB:

    You will perform critical tasks and responsibilities including recruiting, employee relations, training, new-hire orientation, onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and administering employee benefit plans.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5 years of HR experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of California State and Federal employment laws.
    • 4-year degree is highly preferred & Bilingual in Spanish
