    Embrace Software is recruiting for its portfolio company, Better Branch Technology, which specializes in providing cutting-edge software solutions tailored for credit unions to streamline appointment and visit management processes. BBT is committed to empowering credit unions with efficient tools to enhance member experience and optimize operational efficiency.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing leads within the credit union industry. They will play a key role in showcasing the capabilities of our software through effective demonstrations and consultations with prospective clients. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the credit union sector through research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients and effectively communicate how our software solutions can address their challenges and add value to their operations.
    • Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative software demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing key features, benefits, and functionalities.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key decision-makers, and industry influencers to foster trust and credibility.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation of all sales activities in CRM software.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns, collateral, and messaging to support lead-generation efforts.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our software solutions in the market.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of proven success in software sales, preferably within the financial services or credit union industry.
    • Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate software solutions to potential clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value and satisfaction.
    • Willingness to adapt to evolving market dynamics, customer requirements, and product enhancements.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
