Job Description
Summary
The Sales Development Rep will have ownership over an assigned territory with the responsibility to grow and onboard new business selling wash plans to large & small accounts. This is a commission only outbound 'hunter' sales role. B2B sales experience required. There is an opportunity for training compensation in the 1 st 30 days within this role. Sales programs may include: Fleet, Partner Perks, & Dealership as a few examples.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Responsible for recruiting & enrolling customers on a variety of programs & vehicle wash plans.
• Accountable for achieving the assigned membership sales plan, goals, and objectives.
• Ensures the enrollment process is complete and records membership profile information.
• Create and execute monthly/quarterly game plans which are the definitive sales and marketing plan to achieve departmental revenue goals.
• Maintain the prospect database with support of sales opportunities to fill the pipeline.
• Represent the company in city and community activities and organizations as needed and support wash location events and off-site events.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop programs & campaigns to create sales opportunities.
• Prepare required paperwork for each sale and for prospective purchasers.
• Communicate properly, to the appropriate departments, any customer requests.

Physical demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Corporate Team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl if necessary. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements of this job involve long periods of time in front of a computer screen or monitor and must include depth perception.
Travel requirements:
This position is based at the corporate office and requires travel to and from work and home. The position also requires travel to and from field store locations or other locations as necessary and would normally equate to around 90% of the employee's time. Our store footprint and geographic range for this role can include 2+ hours in any direction from the heart of Tampa Bay.
