    Description

    As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Personnel Concepts, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new corporate business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on building a pipeline of potential corporate clients, understanding their compliance needs, and effectively communicating how our solutions can address those needs. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.

    Personnel Concepts is the industry authority in federal and state labor law poster compliance products. We've spent the past 30+ years developing new ways to help employers comply with the latest labor laws and safety regulations. From our innovative Space Saver All-On-One Posters to our workplace safety and HR recordkeeping products, we help protect companies from government fines, employee lawsuits, and other costly consequences associated with non-compliance.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Prospecting: Using our curated lead generation strategies, contact potential clients within target industries to understand their compliance challenges and needs.
    • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate demo appointments and create a pipeline of opportunities for Corporate Account Executive to convert to a customer.
    • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers through effective communication and follow-up.
    • Needs Assessment: Understand the unique compliance requirements of each prospect and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
    • Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation and conversion.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.

    Preferred Experience:

    • 3-5 years experience in business development role
    • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles
    • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and requirements, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
    • Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software. Netsuite CRM is a plus
