    Aviation is looking for the next Business Development Representative to join our Tampa based team.

    We have the entrepreneurial spirit great enthusiasm for our brands and their purpose; this is an awesome job, but it is not a desk jobThe Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and qualifying customers on behalf of our company.

    The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to work in a rewarding environment.


    Applicant Qualifications:
    Associates degree or higher (current students encouraged to apply)

    Experience in a customer facing roles (1-2 years, ideally)Entry level applicants without experience but willingness to learn will be consideredImpeccable communication skills (written and verbal)Proven ability to maintain professionalism in all settingsResponsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
    Extend company outreach
    • Prospect sales leads by directly engaging with consumers in face to face meetings and setting up new customer accounts.

    Nurture business relationships
    • Stay in contact with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, provide educational opportunities, and manage referrals.

    Customer support
    • Maintain vast knowledge of products and services.

    Drive Revenue
    • Meet or exceed sales quotas to aid in organizational growth.
