I worked as a business systems analyst at IFS R&D international Pvt LTD. My responsibilities as a BSA was to handle incidents and demands related to HCM area in IFS cloud system. I am interested in finding for a business systems analyst role or software development role. I have a bachelor's degree in Management and Information technology and a higher national diploma of 2 years in Information technology. 

I worked as a business systems analyst for 1 year. My responsibilities were Led the Human Capital Management (HCM) area at IFS Cloud ERP within the IFS Center of Excellence (COE), focusing on a Cloud upgrade project.
