- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently following up on leads, tracking interactions, and updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information. Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments related to PEO services and HR solutions. Use market insights to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor your approach.
- Leverage your exceptional communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales Managers, providing them with qualified leads and valuable insights
- Continuously refine and optimize your prospecting strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven track record of success in a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the PEO or HR industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
