A Swiss-based manufacturer of woven wire mesh located in Wappingers Falls, NY, looking for an individual experienced in sales support and general administrative tasks.
What we Offer:
Salary Range:
$48,000 - $55,000 annually (Salary is commensurate on experience)
Paid training Responsibilities include:
Providing support to the Insides Sales department including determining accurate pricing for customer quotes and entering orders Allocating stock for customer orders Preparing purchase orders to parent company New customer set up including reference checks Maintaining customer account information including customer parts Supporting Technical Sales Managers Completing quality and compliance questionnaires with the support of parent group Responding to customer inquiries regarding tracking and order documentation Assisting with office administrative tasks
Required Skills:
Extreme attention to detail with an aptitude for math Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP a plus Skills in decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking Able to prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team A willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly
