Role Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the whole sales process from lead qualification to closing sales and
managing accounts.

Account Management (50%):Develop relationships with existing clients,

provide an exceptional customer experience and generate renewal business

Inbound lead selling (30%):Connect with and nurture inbound leads from

discovery to close

Prospecting (20%):Research and contact new potential clients

  • Ensure all clients and prospects have an exceptional experience at every touch
point with our company


Qualifications and Skills

  • 25 years' experience in B2B Sales
  • Proven achievement in meeting sales activity and revenue generation goals
  • Effective and professional presentation skills over the phone
  • Effective and professional presentation in written communication
  • Drive, ambition and great organizational skills
  • Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Experience managing a pipeline via Salesforce (or similar CRM) a must
  • Salesforce
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Google Workspace
  • Salesloft
  • Zoom info (or similar)

Employment Type
Full-time

Base Salary $60-$70K

Uncapped commission. Realistic first year $10-$20K

Hybrid - minimum 3 days x week in office (Tues-Thurs)

Includes 401k and health insurance with United Healthcare
