    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Administrator to join our team at Insight Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry, supporting our manufacturing operations. This role requires a focus on data accuracy, process improvement, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform high-volume data entry tasks with precision.
    • Assist in the production planning and inventory management processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in data entry and database management.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Compensation:

    $21/hr to $24/hr.

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
