As we continue to expand our operations in Phoenix, Arizona, we are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with administrative scheduling experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain schedules for security personnel based on client requirements and operational needs.
  • Process payroll corrections accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and track timeoff requests, balancing employee needs with operational requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with security personnel regarding their schedules, payroll corrections, and timeoff requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to implement scheduling improvements and ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, payroll corrections, and timeoff requests using appropriate software or databases.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the operations team.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in administrative scheduling and payroll processing is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with clients and employees.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in the security industry is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
