    Job DescriptionOur client, LRE Foundation Repair, a leader in Florida's in foundation and concrete repair industry, is seeking a Sales Manager for their Fort Lauderdale branch. LRE's mission is to redefine the industry and that includes providing our employees with fulfilling work, industry leading pay and benefits, and an incredible work environment.

    What You Will Do as Sales Manager
    • Lead, manage, and coach the sales team at the Fort Lauderdale location
    • Learn LRE's sales process and provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity, including weekly sales meetings, classroom training, and riding along with sales team members on their appointments
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
    • Meet and exceed sales goals and other key performance indicators for the company and individual sales team members
    • Occasionally run sales appointments to stay on top of sales processes and diagnosis
    • Assist with commission calculations
    • Support the customer care staff as needed with customer inquiries and requests

    What We Are Looking For in the Ideal Candidate
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • 5+ years of direct sales experience
    • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the foundation repair or construction industry
    • Evidence of strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
