    Description

    **Sales Manager**

    **Location: Weston-super-Mare**

    **Brand: Volkswagen/SKODA**

    **Salary:**

    **Driver Licence Required: Yes**

    Due to the current levels of customer demand at Weston Volkswagen/SKODA, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive, prestige brands and will take someone who is as passionate about delivering great customer service as they are about Volkswagen/SKODA.

    Main Duties

    Drive sales and financial targets

    Develop a successful sales team though effective coaching and performance management

    Deliver exceptional customer service,

    Work with the Group & Brand managers to formulate policies & procedures to increase retail, new/used sales

    To help retailer to achieve industry leading standards of process efficiency and cost control

    Communicate and interact with other departments within the Retailer, to determine how sales & profit performance improvements can be made

    Manage the stock in line with Retailer and Brand requirements

    Maintain a safe working environment

    Essential Requirements

    Ability to achieve manufacture targets

    The ability to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability

    Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with drive & enthusiasm

    Self-motivated

    Focused on achieving goals and the ability to demonstrate high achievements

    Able to hit the ground running

    Experience within a similar role

    Committed to customer & process excellence

    Ability to lead and motivate others

    Strong organisational skills

    IT Literate

    Desirable Requirements

    Experience of sales management and marketing

    Experience working within a similar environment
