We are hiring immediately for a Field Marketing Manager in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami Lakes and Palm Beach County areaAbout us:

largest Home Improvement company's in Florida and focus on providing homeowners with Impact (Hurricane) Windows and Doors, Roofing and solar services.
Position details:
- Training and managing a team outdoor field marketers on a daily basis
- Conducting team meetings in our Corporate office as well as on the field
- Rapidly growing a team and generating increased revenue for the organization
- Setting appointments with Homeowners for a free estimate on products and services
- No In-Home Sales or products/samples to carry
Key qualifications & experience:
- Consistent sales volume through positive customer/client interaction
- Experience managing others through positive coaching and communication
- Ability to work OUTSIDE on a daily basis
- Field Sales / Outside Sales / B2B / B2C experience plus
- Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation required
Compensation:
average Full Time team leader earns around $100,000 annually
