    Job Overview:

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing Non-Profit client in the Sherman Oaks Area. This role is crucial for maintaining the functionality and security of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure Cloud, Active Directory, VMWare, and Cisco Networking, enabling them to effectively manage and troubleshoot various aspects of our IT systems and will play a crucial role in keeping our systems operational and secure for the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) to ensure user accounts, permissions, and group policies are up to date and secure.
    • Oversee Azure infrastructure, including cloud-based resources, virtual networks, and related services.
    • Monitor and maintain virtual machines (VMs) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco network equipment.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
    • Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups.
    • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments as needed.
    • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Ensure system security by implementing and enforcing best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on AD, Azure, VM, and Cisco equipment.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user and group management, group policies, and security best practices.
    • Experience with Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, Azure Active Directory, and Azure networking.
    • Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining virtual machines.
    • Familiarity with Cisco network equipment, including routers and switches.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

    Contract Details:

    • Duration: Contract-to-hire
    • Compensation: $30-$35 an hour
    • Hours: 8am to 5pm
    • Location: Sherman Oaks, CA (Fully On-Site)
