    ****IT-Support Specialist (m/w/d)****
    * Du bearbeitest Anfragen (Service Requests, Incidents und Strungen / Problems) am Servicepoint und im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support
    * Du berwachst proaktiv die Systemverfgbarkeit und optimierst kontinuierlich die Performance bzw. technische Ablufe
    * Du ermittelst den Kundenbedarf und untersttzt bei der Erstellung von effektiven IT-Prozessen auf Basis der Geschftsanforderungen
    * Du konzipierst und implementierst Lsungen im Umfeld moderner digitaler Arbeitspltze und wirkst bei der Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturlsungsszenarien im Enterprise Umfeld mit
    * Du wirkst in Projekten zur IT-Infrastruktur, bei Migration und im Client-Design mit und bernimmst auch (Teil-) Projekt-Management- und Steuerungsaufgaben
    * Du verfgst ber eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung im Client Support
    * Du hast bereits technologische Erfahrungen (Microsoft Technologien, Cloud Computing, Virtualisierung, Mac Clientsysteme)
    * Du bist teamfhig und bringst ein sehr gutes Kommunikationsgeschick mit, deine Strken siehst du in der Anwenderberatung und im User Service
    * Du besitzt die Fhigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen, findest Lsungen und kannst diese sicher umsetzen
