    Job Description

    Director of Human Resources - Must be Bilingual Mandarin - Hours are 9:00 am TO 6:00 pm - Hybrid: Position will be in office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Will oversee over 150 employees – Client has multiple locations

    Director of Human Resources:
    • Assist with recruiting for various sites.
    • Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
    Human Resources Manager Job Duties:
    • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.
    • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities.
    • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
    • Develops human resources operations financial strategies.
    • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
    • Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities.
    • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
